Case Studies
To launch MAC and Patrick Starrr’s collaborative new product line, we brought our 180 Degree Photo Booth to LA’s iconic El Rey theater. Guests dazzled in the limelight, wearing their new makeup, and wowing the gathered crowd. Blown away, other guests and influencers eagerly participated, rushing to share their video on social media.
To build excitement around the launch of the Nike Air Max DN, we partnered with Nike for an event at Coachella. Our Green Screen Photo Booth immersed attendees in custom backdrops inspired by the bold design and energy of the Air Max DN. Festival-goers left with unique, branded prints as a memento of the exclusive Nike experience.
At McDonald’s franchise meeting in Orlando, guests participated in creating a stunning Photo Mosaic that served as both an activity and a centerpiece. As attendees contributed their photos, the mosaic came to life, reflecting the collective effort and shared vision that drives the company forward. It served as a dynamic representation of the event’s inspiring theme and forward-looking message.
To help draw audiences, Capital One asked us to provide our 7 foot Graffiti Wall at a number of their grand openings. Curious passersby got the chance to take, personalize, and print a photo at our Graffiti Wall which was customized with Capital One branded stickers and logos. Thirteen locations and counting!
Tostitos brought our Express Screen Printing service on the road to football tailgates at LSU, OSU, and for Chiefs and Bills fans. In a lively setup that captured the spirit of game day, attendees chose their favorite designs, which we printed on towels they could use to cheer on their team. The energy and atmosphere made each stop an unforgettable experience for fans and teams alike!
To spread the word for Perrier’s new flavor launch, we brought our DYO Screen Printing Station to their pop-up in the SOHO district of NYC. As the public flooded in, we heat pressed hundreds of tote bags with graffiti-themed, guest designed, Perrier templates as a “thank you” to all.
For NBA All Star Weekend in Indianapolis, we brought the energy with our Graffiti Wall. Attendees snapped photos in front of a custom backdrop, which then appeared on the graffiti wall. Using digital spray cans, they could add their personal touch, creating a unique, one-of-a-kind image that captured the excitement of the weekend!
We’ve worked with Mohegan Sun to add flare to a number of their events over the years. The Sun Tequila Tasting, which remains one of our favorite events, included our GIF Booth and a combination of great props. Giant, inflatable chilis make for some hilarious goofs.
To elevate Amouage’s launch, we brought the Laser Etching experience to influencer attendees. Guests had the chance to personalize their perfume bottles with their name, creating a one-of-a-kind keepsake. In just an hour, we etched over 100 bottles, adding a special touch to the event!
At the Women’s Final Four Fan Fest in Dallas, Capital One brought us in with our 180 Video Booth. In a dynamic booth designed to capture the thrill of victory, fans struck poses as if they were cutting down the net. The activation was a hit, with over 1,800 photos captured throughout the weekend!!
We teamed up with Slack for two events featuring our AI Photo Booth, where attendees could choose from three unique AI filters - pop art, business, and color explosion. Each filter offered a creative way for guests to make the photo their own, which highlighted Slack’s innovative spirit.
To promote Pour Moi’s market advantage, climate-proof makeup, at the Indie Beauty Expo, we used our Green Screen-GIF Booth to place guests in a variety of weather environments. Everyone received custom prints and shareable videos and we even customized our service with Pour Moi’s company motif!
At the NHF trade show, we partnered with CVS to bring our Express Screen Printing service to life. Attendees chose from a variety of custom patches, which we then applied to swag items, creating personalized giveaways for event guests. The camp-inspired setup and live screen printing drew guests in, making the CVS booth a must-visit destination!
We’ve worked consistently with Sam Adams for the past few years, most notably their post-marathon celebration featuring our 180 Degree Photo Booth. Still buzzing from the race, athletes, friends, and family gathered to take Matrix-style videos with enormous Sam Adams cutouts, medals, and beer.
We partnered with Sparkling Ice and four local artists at the Boston Music Awards for extra flavor on our Graffiti Wall. With the “Be Not Bland” motto in mind, the artists graffitied colorful designs on black and white guest photos. Along with a custom brick backdrop, the spicy, urban-style visual made this service truly unique.
To make Maybelline’s line of new lipstick really pop, we went to BeautyCon NYC with our Graffiti Wall so guests could get their pose on in fashionable new colors. The service tied in with Maybelline NYC’s graffiti theme with colorful spray tags, custom stickers, and a custom brick backdrop.
Zillow wanted to add extra pizazz to their booth at the NAA Apartmentalize trade show, and our Laser Etching stations delivered! Positioned front and center, the booth drew in attendees excited to personalize luggage tags with their initials, creating a memorable and engaging experience.
For CallRail’s trade show booth at the Boston Convention Center, we brought our Photo Mosaic service to life. Attendees snapped pictures at the booth, then printed and placed them onto a larger mosaic, gradually creating a bigger image throughout the event. It was a fun, interactive experience that left guests with a lasting connection to CallRail’s booth!
Gilead’s trade show booth at the SOS Conference featured our AI Photo Booth, where attendees could snap a photo and watch it transform through the chosen AI filter. Gilead chose a graffiti filter to align with their theme of self-expression, allowing guests to take home bold, personalized images that celebrated individuality.
For Pfizer’s activation at the SEC games, our 360 Video Booth brought the energy to life. Guests stepped onto the platform to show off their moves as the camera captured every angle, creating dynamic videos that reflected the excitement of the games and the vibrant atmosphere of the event.
